Jack Charles Towner, age 92, of Grandville, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Brookcrest Nursing Home.  

The son of Arthur & Beatrice (Proctor) Towner, he was born on November 25, 1924 in Grand Rapids. A combat decorated Veteran, Jack served as a Platoon Sergeant in the U.S. Army in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theaters. 

Private interment will be in Grandville Cemetery.
