Howard Glenn Payne, age 54, of Allegan, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital. The son of Raymond Glenn & Janice Kay (Strickfaden) Payne, he was born on July 31, 1963 in Allegan.
