Herbert Levi Stacey, age 94, of Marshall, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at Oaklawn Hospital with family by his side.

The son of Elmer & Luella (Shaffer) Stacey, he was born on August 17, 1923 in Charlotte, Michigan.

Herbert proudly served his country in during WWII with the United States Army Air Corps.
