Hendrik J. Meersma, age 79, of Kalamazoo, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Tendercare of Westwood.

The son of Jan & Frouke (Weesies) Meersma, he was born on October 25, 1935 in Netherlands, Europe.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
