Mrs. Helen Grace Beckman, age 89, of Kalamazoo, passed away Sunday morning, March 7, 2010 at Kairos Dwelling Home.

The daughter of Joseph Arthur & Helen Grace (Bowman) Ladd, she was born on January 30, 1921 in Detroit.

She retired from General Motors-Delphi, where she worked as a secretary, after 25 years of service.

Surviving are her son, Douglas E. Beckman of Kalamazoo.

She will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Edward L. Beckman, at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
