Gloria Ann (DeKraker) Wood passed away at home peacefully with her family on April 27, 2019.
She retired from General Motors. She will be remembered for her love of her family and entertaining, as well as her spunk. Gloria will greatly miss her home and friends on Lake Connemara.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Katie Marie Shane and granddaughter, Olivia Ann Eding.
She is survived by her husband, Hugh Gregory Wood; daughters Kelly (Rick) Eding and Debora (Bill) Minor; sons, Chad and Scott Wood; grandchildren, Isaac Eding, Savanna Eding, Justin Eding, Owen Minor, Logan Eding, Kenton Eding, and Karis Eding.

A luncheon and celebration of her life will be offered on Sunday, May 5, 2019, from 2 PM to 4 PM at Salem Township Hall 3003 142nd Ave. Burnips, MI 49314

To the family and loved ones of Mrs. Wood, who we know will be dearly missed. Almighty God promised at Revelation 21:4 that he will wipe away all our tears. Death, pain, and sorrow will be no more. So, you can take great comfort from drawing close to God in prayer. He will help sustain and support all of you to endure during these difficult times. My deepest condolences.
