Papa, Where do I begin with someone that I shared so many wonderful memories with? Although I don’t remember Hawaii, you loved to talk about it with me and I will cherish those stories forever. I still can’t believe you are gone, I feel so empty without you and Nana, but I feel joy that the two of you are together again. I know you are watching over all of us, just like you did when you were here. Thank you for all the special times we shared together. I will miss you everyday. I love you Papa. Love, Jennifer (Your Hawaiian Baby)

Diane and Gib,I mourn with you on the loss of your dad, i remember going to your dad’s house and seeing the clearest color TV i had ever seen, which told me the used ones i had used didn’t measure up. Gene and Jean were so cordial to me that night and let me watch a complete show. Former signer of this guest book were very correct, Gene was a great looking guy but above that,he was good and gentle man. I am better for having known him. Lisa, Dena and Christine remember Grampa with great memories. I remember you well when you were very little. Frank Anderson

    Bob and Lynda Warner

Gene and Jean brought with them to us, every time we met, an air of genuine honestly and caring. Both Lynda and I really enjoyed their humor. Gene supported Jean in her clogging and it was a joy to have him sitting there in class enjoying her. There isn’t one of our cloggers who did not enjoy both of them. They were our family. We have missed Jean and now we miss Gene also. But we know that situations change and our Heavenly Father has new lives for them and someday us.
