Freda Ann Jacobs, age 68, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, January 3, 2017 at her home under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Caring & Hospice.  The daughter of J. Fred & Margaret Lucille (Bay) Hornbeck, she was born on September 1, 1948 in Oregon.

Survivors include her three children, Charlotte Ashley of Greenville, Mona Abdullayer of Talbot, Tennessee, and Phillip Jacobs of Zachary, Louisiana.
