Finis A. Fulkerson passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.
The son of George & Octavia (Ray) Fulkerson, he was born March 15, 1922 in Harrisburg, Illinois.
Finis was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
