Ermelinda Maria “Linda” Curatolo, age 58, of Grand Rapids, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 at home under the loving care of her family and Faith Hospice.  The daughter of  Italian immigrants, Antonio & Maria Louise (Cataldo) Curatolo, she was born on June 1, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois and had worked as an office manager of an insurance agency for over 18 years while living in Florida.  Linda enjoyed soaking up the sun on the beach and visits to the Casino.

Surviving are her husband, Dan DeVoogd;  three brothers, Bruno & Cynthia Curatolo, Ermanno Curatolo, and Tony & Angie Curatolo;  her parents-in-law, Daniel & Valerie McCarthy;  siblings-in-law, Susan Brown, David Scott & Dorothy Lasko;  Gary & Eva DeVoogd, Valerie & Jerry Latimer, and Sheryl DeVoogd & Don Schimmel;  a very special nephew, Mike & Lori Lasko;  and many other dear nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation is from 2-3 p.m. on Monday, July 11, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E. at 36th Street (one block west of Eastern Ave.), Grand Rapids, where funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.   The Rev. Father Bernard Carlin will preside and cremation will follow the ceremony.
