Emma R. McComber, age 12, of Dorr, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at home.
The daughter of William McComber & Debra Sheppard, she was born on August 23, 2002 in Grand Rapids.
Emma will be laid to rest with her mother and brother, Corey on Wednesday. A joint funeral is planned for at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in Grand Rapids, 2780 Leonard St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 with luncheon following.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.

Emma, you were the best cousin I could ever have. I remember when me and you used to play video games together, and you would always be happy, no matter if you lost or won. You were smart, creative, optimistic, and everything else positive. I was lucky to have you as a cousin. Now, I feel as if a part of me is missing. Rest in peace, Emma McComber
