Douglas S. Van Tol, age 67, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Metro Health Hospital.

The son of Forrest & Annabel (Tabb) Van Tol, he was born on July 17, 1948 in Detroit.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
