Sue, so sorry to hear of Doug’s death. My prayer for you is that God will hold you, comfort you, and encourage you as you go through your great loss. I know Doug will be greatly missed, but trust in God and He will carry you through these difficult times as it says in the poem “Footprints in the Sand”. I will never forget him as a classmate and working with him. You were blessed to have him for a husband. Check out the Bible verse that I use as my e-mail address and let it comfort you as well. My love and hugs to you dear lady.
My name is Terry Bellinger. I was a deputy sheriff for MCSD. Prior to the Police Academy, my brother, Sgt. Mick Bellinger, assigned Deputy Doug Corwin, as my training officer. I will never forget his total professionalism as a police officer and what he taught me about being a good cop. Rest in Peace Doug.
We are saddened to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
