My favorite memory of Dillan was the day that he asked Jesus to be his savior. He told my husband to tell me that he was going to be in heaven with me. One month ago when we took him to the elders for prayer, he gave his testimony of how he was at peace knowing that he will be in heaven. I only knew him for one year, but I sure did love him. He was a good friend. I will see him again.

If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. – Romans 10:9-10
