Dian Kaye Lavender, age 67, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids surrounded by family.  The daughter of Curtis VonSee and Faith & Leon Christensen, she was born on June 8, 1949 in Grayling.  On May 26, 1978, at Six Lakes, she married Arlie Jay Lavender and together they enjoyed 38 years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, Arlie Lavender of Wellston;  two daughters, Angela & Mathew Keasey of Ravenna, and Annalee Lavender of Trufant;  a son, Aaron Lavender of Wellston;  grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathen Keasey of Grand Haven, and Jace Lavender of Wellston; and great grandchildren, Bentley and Emma Keasey of Grand Haven.
