Derry Pauline Graczyk, age 68, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at her home.

The daughter of Blanton & Clifford Webb, she was born on June 29, 1943 in Macon, Georgia.

Survivors include two sons, Erb Avore, and James Erb; and a daughter, Donna Erb.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
