Connie J. Smith, age 56, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital.

The daughter of Earl & Joyce (Romine) Ouzts, she was born on March 23, 1958 in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation and Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
