Charlotte J. Smith, age 75, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at The Lodge at MapleCreek.

The daughter of Elmer & Gladys (Gunterberg) Olson, she was born on February 19, 1939 in South Haven.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
