Charlene taught me to love others and to be happy. The most memorable times were coming over to her house to see Doyle and Chrisy. I remember the summer Vacation Bible School sessions she would host and teach us about Christ. She made the best lunches and was the only person I knew who bought bugles chips and caffeine free soda (probably to keep D3 and I from driving her insane).
She made a very lasting impression on my life and my family’s and we will truly miss her. Thank you so much for your time on earth with us Charlene. We will see you again one day.

    Kathy, Karen, Mike & families:
We extend our hands in friendship at this time of the loss of your mother. It is obvious from the photos we’ve seen, that she taught her family how to smile, and gave the gift of faith as well. Fred was forever grateful for the care of his four children, and Charlene is revered for this gracious help by more than just the Johnson family, we’re sure.Like begets like, and her gifts of laughter and faith certainly shine on through you. God be with all of you .

    Sincerest condolences,

Charlene, you have many people who love you very much. Two daughters who adore you and a grandaughter who looked up to you. You have touched more lives then you realize, and you allowed God to use you. Those moments will never be forgotten, right now you are seeing the one you spent your life loving his beautiful face and one day all those who love you will see yours again. Thank you for your life and your heart and your family.
