Calvin Paul DeGroot, age 62, of Kalamazoo, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamaoo.

The son of Renze & DeGroot, he was born on February 6, 1949 in Cicero, Illinois, and worked for Sackett’s Carpet.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
