Bruce W. Beck, age 74, of Gowen, passed away at home on Saturday, January 4, 2020.  The son of Elmer A. & Elma L. (Copeland) Beck, he was born on July 6, 1945 in Greenville.  Bruce retired from Electrolux Home Products after 42 years of service, enjoyed farming, gardening, fishing, hunting and trapping.  He loved tinkering around outdoors and raising his many birds, including chickens and peacocks.

He was preceded in death by his parents;  a daughter, Pamela Sue Beck;  and a brother, Edward Beck.

Surviving are his partner, Suzanne Beck;  their four children, Lorrie & Donnie Jackson, Mitchell & Kelly Beck, Lonnie Beck, and Bobbi & Anthony Straub, along with Sierra Beck-Smith and Pete Borstler;  his grandchildren, Tania Grants, Erin Grants, Brandon Beck, Amanda Beck, Brooke Beck, Lucas Beck, Tiffany Beck, Jesse Graves, Vanessa Graves, Amber Jackson, Ashely Jackson, and Amber Shinew;  his great-grandchildren, Heaven Clark, Trenton Mudget, Lorena Day, Kyra Rios, Kendra Paul, Chase Beck, Jordin Beck, Zoey Beck, Skylynn Beck, Lacoda Beck, Taylee Beck, Logan Bradbury, Jayden Durga, Daryl Durga, Ziek Rauch, Zaiydence Rauch, Ziggie Rauch, and Zada Pontz;  a sister, Sandy & Richard Carions;  and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
