Blake C. Siesling, age 48, was called home to his Lord on Friday, May 26, 2017.

Blake was happily employed for the last four years at ABC Supply and was nearing completion of his CDL-A License. He especially loved his family, friends, and heavy metal music. His generosity was lastly expressed as an organ donor through the Gift of Life organization. Special thanks to Maria, Dr. Raad and the entire Spectrum Health Hospital staff for their complete care.

Blake is survived by his mother, Deborah (Robert Hicks) Dantuma; father, Ed (Sandy) Dantuma; children, Mitchel (Mya) Siesling, Alexus Jane, Noah James, and Ava Siesling; grandson, Levi Siesling; brothers, James (Stephanie) Dantuma, and Robb (Shelly) Dantuma; sisters, Bobbie Siesling and Amanda Siesling; Significant other Elizabeth Braun and her daughter, Lola Braun; along with many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Funeral services will be from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E., Grand Rapids (one block west of Eastern Ave.) A luncheon will follow from 5-8 p.m. at Diamond Hall, 439 Diamond Ave. N.E., Grand Rapids. 

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Dandy-Walker Alliance, Inc.

    Deb and Ed, I’m so sorry to read today that your Blake passed away. I remember him as a little boy back when we used to all see each other. My sincere condolences to you both. My heart goes out to you and I’m thinking of you often during this terribly difficult time for you.

    Debbie I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers coming your way. Please keep saying this scripture out load to yourself, it will truly help. Trust in the Lord with all my heart an lean not on my own understanding but in all my ways acknowledge Him an He will make straight your path. Proverbs3:5&6 I know none of this is making any sense right now, you don’t understand any of this. But keep trusting in the Lord an He will direct your path.     Deb & Ed so sorry for your loss Mike and I were remembering Blake of all the times we were together years ago. I pray God will give you peace and wrap you in his love. He will carry you through I know that is was carried us through years ago. Love to all.
