In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Wayne "Butch" Wilcox;  a brother, Ronald Boyd;  a step-daughter, Kimberly Woodson;  and a step-great grandson, Hunter Sousa.  Surviving are her daughter, Judy & Steve McIntyre of Sand Lake; a daughter-in-law, Muriel Wilcox;  three grandsons, Douglas McIntyre, Robert & Cindy Wilcox, and Jerry & Casey Wilcox;  several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren;  two step-sons, Doug Sousa of Ionia, and Keith & Mary Sousa; and four step-grandchildren.

Bill & I enjoyed our years of friendship with Betty & Sarge Sousa and their young neighbor, Joe McNamara, at the Lakeview Wellness Center’s pool-walking for several years, Sarge and Betty were kind enough to invite us to the Masonic Home in Alma for a special luncheon which was very impressive. We so enjoyed their friendship. May they both rest in peace.
