Ben G. Hoffman, age 89, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Beacon Hill at Eastgate.

The son of Nathan & Yetta (Helsman) Hoffman, he was born on April 27, 1925 in Detroit.

Honoring his wishes cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
