Barbara R. Sanders, age 55, of Grand Rapids, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 05, 2016. 

The daughter of Lazlo & Grace Farago, she was born on March 30, 1961 in Muskegon.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; Surviving are her loving husband of 25 years, John W. Sanders Jr.; children, Melissa Kucharski, Melinda Kucharski, Anthony Fockler, Mashauna Sanders, and Marcus Sanders; and 16 grandchildren. 

Barbara enjoyed to read, shop, and cooking for her family. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to help with final expenses.

Funeral services are at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E., Grand Rapids (One block west of Eastern Avenue). A Committal service will follow at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, 15501 W. Dickman Rd, Augusta. 

Honoring her wishes, burial will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
