Arthur John Wright Sr., age 54, of Grand Rapids, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, went to keep his Mom & Dad company with our Lord on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from his home after a long battle with diabetes and its’ complications.
He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him through family, work and life!
Surviving are his loving wife of 34 years, Terri; his sons, Arthur J. Wright, Jr., Elijio A. Wright, and David Wright; his daughter Samantha “Sami” (Jorge) Palacios; grandchildren, Sabrina, Troy and Sophia; three sisters, Jackie, Janet, and Julie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Honoring his wishes cremation will take place and private services will be held. Instead of flowers, relatives and friends are asked to consider the needs of the family. Contributions may be directed to Terri Wright.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.

Wow, I can’t believe Arthur is gone, I grew up with his daughter and son, and I lived on the next street over and would come over, so my prayers are sent up for his family, it truly sucks that he’s gone, he was a good man.
Sorry to just finding out about this now… he was a crazy old man who will be missed. :(
