Ann Marie Heether, age 82, of Sheridan, passed away Wednesday, morning, July 5, 2017 at her home under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Caring & Hospice. The daughter of Ray J. & Ila Louise (Sprague) Collier, she was born on September 26, 1934 in Sheridan and was a graduate of Central Montcalm High School.
Ann retired from Central Montcalm Schools, where she worked as a cook and will be long remembered by many students. On September 30, 1972, at their home in Sheridan, she married the William Joseph Heether and together they enjoyed over 43 years of marriage until Bill passed away on March 31, 2016. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond Collier, Robert Collier, and Kenneth Collier; and a step-son, William Dixon III.
Surviving are her children, Dale & Ann Badge of Alma, Douglas & Debra Badge of Crystal, Donald & Karen Badge of Sheridan, Annette & Jim Hufford of Stanton, Rose Totten of White Cloud, Larry & Kally Heether of White Cloud, and Alisa & Will Vansconis of Greenville; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Dixon; a sister, Sandra & Earl Buskirk of Six Lakes; a brother, Phillip & Carol Ann Collier of Sidney; three sisters-in-law, Mary Lober of Greenville, Wilson & Barbara Hoy of Greenville; Shirlie Hieftje of Greenville: eighteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; and many other dear relatives and special friends.
Visitation with the family is from 12-1 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville, where memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 17th. Ann's grandson, the Rev. William Dixon IV, will officiate. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place.

I will miss Annie so much!! She was Bill’s rock and light and for Mom and Dad she brought love joy and tons is great memories. As a kid I always went for her “Texas Sheet Cake” and loved when she laughed. I love you Annie!

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ve been a part of your family since we were 6yrs old, many memories of Ann. I ai loved her smile. We enjoyed when her and your dad would come to our summer cookouts. She is with dad Heether now and happy. God will heal your hearts in time. I love all of you.
