Andrew C. Slocum, age 5, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016. 

The son of Glenn & Betty (Burgess) Slocum, he was born on December 14, 1960. 

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
