Roxie A. Ridgway, age 56, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Spectrum Health Rehab & Nursing Center. The daughter of George & Catherine (DeGrout) Mills, she was born on August 1, 1958 in Grand Rapids. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
