Roxanne Heathman

Roxanne Louise Heathman peacefully passed away at her home in Grandville, surrounded by friends and family on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She was born July 31, 1959, in Tawas, Michigan, to the late Rodney and MaryJo Meade. Roxanne graduated from Jackson High School and obtained her degree in education from Michigan State University. She remained an avid Spartan fan all of her life. Roxanne was a woman of faith and loved her family deeply. She had such a vibrant personality and contagious smile. This was the smile that greeted patients at Meade Zolman Family Dentistry, where she was an integral member for years. Roxanne was compassionate and welcoming to everyone; she had eyes that saw the best in people and a heart that forgave the worst. We are so blessed to have called Roxanne wife, mom, sister, and friend. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 42 years, Douglas; daughter, Lyndsay (Eric) Truskoski; son, Zachary (Lindsey) Heathman; four grandchildren; brothers, Mike (Janis) Meade, Tim (Jere) Meade, Dave Meade and Mark (Lynne) Meade; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at Georgetown United Methodist Church, 2766 Baldwin St, Jenison, MI 49428.
