Michael Depue

Michael Douglas DePue, age 42, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 at his home under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Deborah Kay (Almy) & Peter Michael DePue, he was born on February 25, 1979 in Carson City. Mike had worked at AGA Marvel in Greenville and enjoyed watching stock car races and wrestling, playing bingo, hunting and fishing, but most of all helping anyone and everyone. On March 31, 2018, in Greenville, he married Amber Marie Ridgeway. Surviving are his wife, Amber DePue of Greenville; his children, Decemberlynn DePue, Paige DePue, Karley DePue, Isaiah DePue; a step-daughter, Renae Houseman (whom he loved like his own); his parents, Deborah DePue and Peter DePue; father-in-law, Barry Ridgeway; brothers and sisters, LaRae (DePue) Terwilliger, Mary (DePue) & Brandon Ehle, Laura (Smith) & Jim Stiles, Barbara Smith & Butch Chick; and Donna Smith-Busch; a brother-in-law, Jeffrey & Kara Ridgeway; a sister-in-law, Monica Ridgeway; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation with family and friends is from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the Just Like Home Adult Day Care Center, 330 4th Street, Ionia, with a sharing of memories beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. A luncheon will follow at the North Plains Loyal Riders Clubhouse at 3515 E. Charles Road, Ionia.
