Mary Lou Johnson, age 78, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024 at home. The daughter of Howard & Margret Johnson, she was born on October 27, 1945 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mary Lou dedicated herself to her children and family. Some of her favorite things included chocolate brownies and intricate picture puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Samantha Lynn Johnson. Surviving are her children, Theresa Johnson and Patrick Johnson; her grandchildren, ALaura Johnson and Michael A. Johnson; and her great-grandchildren, Amiya, Mekhi, Alexander, and Brooklynn Johnson. Private family services will be held.
