Mark Rueckert

Mark Willis Rueckert, age 50, of Lansing, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022 at McLaren Hospital in Lansing, Michigan after a long battle with addiction. The son of Clifford Ward & Donna Mae (Myers) Rueckert, he was born on January 8th, 1972 in St. Johns, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Lorie Race, and Brenda Thomas; and a brother, Lloyd Rueckert. Surviving are two daughters Hayley & Mak Strauss, and Kassi Rueckert; his only son, Louis Barnes; two precious granddaughters, Paisley Bodman, and Addison Rueckert; his best friend and faithful canine companion, Tinkerbell the Chihuahua; three brothers, Ron Meyers of Elsie, James Forrest of Lansing, and Dan & Amanda Glaspie of Ionia; three sisters, Kim Darnell of Lyons, Sandra Hill of Lansing, and Michelle Anes of Lansing.
