George Mcfarlin

George T. McFarlin, age 81, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He was born on April 17, 1940, in Grand Rapids. George enjoyed riding on motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He worked for Kelvinator and Hayworth. He will be missed by his two children, Brenda ( Kevin Scharphorn) DeGarmo & Lynda Averill; grandchildren, Miranda (Eric Force) DeGarmo, Maynard (Jessica Vincent) DeGarmo and Rickey DeGarmo, Stacy Averill & Jenifer McFarlin; great-grandchildren, Jacob & Randy Force, Piper DeGarmo, Austin Vincent, Katlyn, Ethan, Felishia, Marshall DeGarmo, Mackenize, Addison, and Johnathon King; and siblings, Bruce McFalin & Betty McFarlin; and dear friend, Jeanie Holmes. He is preceded in death by his son, Scott McFarlin; siblings, Robert, Chris and Lucile McFarlin; and great-grandson, Dean DeGarmo A celebration of George's life will take place at a later date.
