Garry Copeland

Garry M. Copeland, age 69, of Belding, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at home under the care of Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Claud & Emma A. (Cox) Copeland, he was born on March 7, 1948 in Trumann, Arkansas. After high school, Garry honorably served our Nation and was a veteran of the United States Army. He spent most of his working years as a mechanic who could fix just about anything. Surviving are his children, Tracey Sanchez of Stanton, Dawn Copeland of Comstock Park, Michael Copeland of Wyoming, and Gary Copeland of Ionia; ten grandchildren; two brothers, James & Judy Copeland of Novi, and David Copeland of Burton; three sisters, Jeanne "Anita" Rohen of Burton, Susan Copeland of Fenton, and Debra & Ty Loftin of Swartz Creek. Arrangements were entrusted to Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, honored providers of Veterans Funeral Care.
