Edward Erhard

Edward E. Erhard, age 70, of Cedar Springs, passed away Tuesday morning, February 20, 2018 at his daughter's home in Rockford under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of David Lee & Helen Jane (Hamlin) Erhard, he was born on October 12, 1947 in Alma. Ed proudly served his country during the Vietnam era in the U.S. Army and retired from the United States Postal Service. Surviving are his children, Stephanie & John Bishop of Rockford, and Heather Erhard of Cedar Springs; the mother of his children and his former wife, Cindy (Roger) Klomp, of Rockford; three grandsons, Drake, Chase and Sloan Bishop; brother Robert (Donna) Erhard, nephew Erik Erhard and several close friends.
