Barry Vanderkooy

Barry Russell Vanderkooy, age 56, of Belding, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Carolyn Ruth (Dearmin) & Richard Vanderkooy, he was born on March 9, 1963 in Flint. Barry had most recently worked at Clarion Technologies in Greenville. Surviving are his wife, Colleen M. Vanderkooy of Belding; his mother, Carolyn Vanderkooy of Ada; a daughter, Beth & Steve Pirlyzk of Wyoming; three step-children, Tara & Chris Zang of Greenville, Gary Bellingar, and Joseph Bellingar, both of Sheridan; four grandchildren; two brothers, Richard & Marci Vanderkooy of Florida, and Daniel Vanderkooy of Ada; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were entrusted to Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville.
